When reserving a room in Newport County it is important to know the
'In-Season' and 'Off-Season' rate variations, as the rates change as
dramatically as does the sea air in Newport.
'In-Season' rates are in effect from May-October, peaking during
July and August. Seasonal rates generally apply, although we can often
times negotiate a lower weekday or weekly rate for you.
Weekends 'In Season' require a 2-night minimum and most festival and
holiday weekends require a 3-night minimum. A reservation for Fri-Sat
or Sat-Sun is considered 2-night. Combinations of 3-night stays over
weekends are accepted.
If you are having difficulty booking a 1-night reservation, try calling
on us prior to your arrival (72 hrs) as there may be cancelled
reservations we can then offer to you. Innkeepers
may possibly be more willing to accept a 1-night reservation if they
have received a cancellation.
